How are Daim Brookies Made?
Some say Daim brookies are made in Heaven, but we just call it the Buzzy Bee Bakery. We’ve perfected our technique, which is probably why it tastes like the angels themselves have made them.
To start, we create the decadent brownie base with chocolate, sugar, flour, eggs, a sprinkle of salt and a hint of vanilla flavouring. Then, we make the cookie dough with butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla and baking powder. And of course, we add plenty of chocolate chips to the recipe.
A generous handful of Daim Bar pieces and enough Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate spread to satisfy any sweet tooth complete these decadent treats.

We only use quality ingredients for our Daim brookies. Where possible, our sweet treats are baked with locally sourced, organic ingredients to help us capture that special Buzzy Bee Bakery taste.

Allergy Advice for Daim Brookies
Our Daim brookies contain: gluten, eggs and milk.
We take great care to ensure our Daim brookies are baked in a safe environment to limit the risk of allergic reactions. All of our treats are made in an environment where the following ingredients are frequently used:

For this reason, we cannot guarantee that they are free from traces of these allergens.
