A brookie is the perfect combination of a brownie and a cookie. This fabulous creation is soft, chewy and chocolatey — everything you could possibly want from a sweet treat. We like to get a little inventive at Buzzy Bee Bakery, which is why you’ll find 20 different varieties to tickle your fancy.
There’s no such thing as a bad way to eat a brookie! They’re deliciously indulgent, and there are so many ways you can add to the experience of eating yours. Our brookies are good to go straight out of the box, but we like to have a nice glass of milk nearby when we tuck in, too. Of course, you can always have a rich cup of coffee with yours (or a hot chocolate if you really want to treat yourself).
Brookies also make a great option for dessert. Serve with a couple of scoops of vanilla ice cream for the best after-dinner pudding you could ask for!

Where possible we use local ingredients — all ethically sourced — and we take great care when prepping, storing and posting our brookies so they reach you in pristine condition.
