To start, we create the decadent Blondie base with chocolate, sugar, flour, eggs, a sprinkle of salt and a hint of vanilla flavouring. Then, we make the cookie dough with butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla and baking powder. And of course, we add plenty of chocolate chips to the recipe.
Then, the pièce de résistance. We add fresh lemon curd to the mix to create a brookie with a distinctive crunch and flavour.
